Americana singer-songwriter Jeremy Parsons has released his brand-new EP Life via MTS Records, blending lyrical honesty with his distinctive roots-driven style.
The five-track collection includes three previously charting singles alongside the brand-new song Who Was I?, due out 5th September. With songs like “Tickin’”, “Humanity” and “Life Worth Dyin’ For”, the EP reflects both deeply personal experiences and shared emotional truths.
Parsons describes Life as a meditation on resilience and reflection, inspired by the weight of daily headlines and the emotional tapestry of love, memory, and loss. “I felt Life was the perfect name for this one,” he shared. “That’s what we’re always paying attention to as we live ours out and write of our journeys.”
Among the highlights, “The Garden” (Radio Edit) previously charted on the Billboard Digital Song Sales Top 50 and earned praise across the UK, while “Who Was I?” draws on a critic’s comment about his 2021 album Things To Come to spark a powerful reflection on identity and self-growth.
With Life, Parsons continues to cement his reputation as one of Americana’s most introspective voices, offering a soundtrack for listeners navigating their own crossroads and triumphs.
