Ward Thomas unveil video for new single Guilty Flowers from album CARTWHEELS out September 2nd

The Ward Thomas twins return with a new video to accompany their gorgeous, hooky new single Guilty Flowers, taken from their eagerly anticipated forthcoming album and major label debut, CARTWHEELS, which is out September 2nd. Filmed across London, mainly on and around Portobello Road, the video sees the girls revelling in the company of their female friends, ending with a rooftop jam session. Accompanying the song’s tale of a boyfriend’s betrayal, the video is a celebration of young female empowerment, and also follows some fierce female skaters and boxers in East London as they show off their skills. Watch the new video here. Taking the girls in more of a pop direction, Guilty Flowers (which impacts September 9th) blends blissful harmonies with honest lyrics that capture a range of emotions veering from the joyous to the heartbroken and everywhere in between. The pair will perform live at the Under The Apple Tree Roots Festival presented by Bob Harris at Cadogan Hall on September 10th, alongside a stellar lineup of artists including Patty Griffin and Scott Matthews.
