Noah Kahan to headline BST Hyde Park

BST Hyde Park has unveiled another addition to its 2025 line-up: record-breaking folk-pop star Noah Kahan, who is set to perform his biggest UK show yet on Friday, 4th July. Kahan’s performance will feature special guest Gracie Abrams, with more acts to be announced soon. Kahan, a GRAMMY-nominated singer-songwriter from Vermont, has swiftly risen from his New England roots to global stardom. Known for his distinctive blend of folk, Americana, and rock, Kahan’s music has resonated with fans worldwide, racking up over five billion streams. His hit single “Stick Season,” inspired by his experiences in his hometown, has become a cultural phenomenon in the UK, where it reached Number 1 on the Official Charts and remained there for seven weeks. Earlier this year, Kahan’s album and single topped both the UK Albums and Singles Charts simultaneously, with “Stick Season” recently crowned the UK’s Biggest Song of 2024 by Official Charts. Kahan’s live performances have been met with immense enthusiasm. His tour promoting the Platinum-certified Stick Season album sold out across North America, drawing over half a million fans. In the UK, he quickly sold out two nights at the OVO Wembley Arena before performing to packed crowds at the O2 Arena. His upcoming appearance at Hyde Park promises to be a milestone in his career, following a line of unforgettable performances in 2024. Joining him is Gracie Abrams, whose own rapid rise in the music scene has positioned her as one of her generation’s most captivating songwriters. Known for her soul-baring lyrics and emotive delivery, Abrams made waves with her debut project, minor, and her subsequent EP This Is What It Feels Like. Her debut album Good Riddance, produced by The National’s Aaron Dessner, earned her critical acclaim, and her recent sophomore album The Secret of Us followed her participation in Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Abrams’ BST Hyde Park debut adds yet another compelling layer to this unmissable event. Kahan joins an impressive roster of BST Hyde Park 2025 headliners, including Jeff Lynne’s ELO, Zach Bryan, and Hugh Jackman. With its tradition of attracting a diverse range of artists, BST Hyde Park has cemented itself as one of the UK’s most exciting summer events, delivering unforgettable performances from superstars like SZA, Morgan Wallen, Stevie Nicks, and Shania Twain. As more acts are announced, BST Hyde Park 2025 is shaping up to be yet another spectacular celebration of music.   To read more exclusive articles and latest news, see our last issue here. In 2021, after signing to Warner Records and leaving the Navy, he released the 34-track album ‘American Heartbreak’. Bryan’s breakthrough continued with collaborations alongside Maggie Rogers, Noah Kahan, Bon Iver, and Kacey Musgraves, earning his first U.S. Number 1 single in 2023 with ‘I Remember Everything’ and landing his first Grammy. His music has drawn comparisons to icons like Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson, with critics also noting the influence of Bruce Springsteen. 2023’s self-titled album further established him as a modern-day storyteller, with his July 2024 release, ‘The Great American Bar Scene’, blending country, bluegrass, rock and gospel, cementing him as a Gen Z poet and featuring collaborations with John Mayer and Bruce Springsteen. He has amassed over 21 billion global streams, garnered 31 RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications, multiple Grammy nods, and performed sold-out shows worldwide, including the ‘Burn, Burn, Burn’ tour, and the subsequent ‘Quittin Time’ Tour both which broke several arena and football stadium attendance records. Bryan is now set to take the stage at London’s BST Hyde Park for two exclusive UK performances, continuing the legacy of legends who have graced the Great Oak Stage.
